The Gantry-type scrap shearing machine is using for the first step of metal scrap processing, it uses a counter control model to cut the product to the ideal size after changing the count and adjusting the feed length.

With big supports from 3 contractive forging suppliers, forgings of cylinder parts could be delivered in 7 days after order launched. HYDTECH also have inside electric furnace for welding processing and tempering heat treatment, which could make best assurances for welding quality control. We also could fulfil special design requirements of large-heavy cylinder sealings parts via machining from raw materials accordingly.

Developing well in big and heavy cylinder industry, HYDTECH is now suppling for giant forging press, multi-ram die forging press, baling machine, port crane & hydraulic hoist, skyscraper building machine and other heavy machine for environmental resources equipment. Max. honing cylinder tube is 3000mm, and max. handling weight is 180Tons.
