Tee forgings are also heavy wall fittings for the power generation industry for coal-fired and gas power plants.

Tee Forging Press are designed to produce forged metal parts that have complex shapes and can require provisions for high off-center loading, high position precision, and fast pressing cycles. By adjusting and change the die mould, it can forge tee type products mainly in 3 shapes, laterals, WYES, and hemi heads.

From 100MN to 325MN Hydraulic Tee Forging Press, HYDTECH offering variety designs of hydraulic cylinders and rams which are giving most cost-effective and reliable solution for customers. The inner cylinder diameter we can handle well in Max. 3000mm, most of the cylinder parts for multi-ram die forging press are made by forging, and then well heat treated.

HYDTECH also have inside electric furnace for welding processing and tempering heat treatment, which could make best assurances for welding quality control.
