The inner cylinder diameter we can handle well in Max. 3000mm, most of the cylinder parts for multi-ram die forging press are made by forging, and then well heat treated.

HYDTECH has strong strength in producing large cylinders basing on plenty operating experienced engineers, advanced hydraulic cylinder processing abilities, and large-scale CNC machining equipment. Most of our cylinder tubes, cylinder rams, pistons, guider rings, cylinder covers are forged from steel ingots or forging bars. With big supports from 3 contractive forging suppliers, forgings of cylinder parts could be delivered in 7 days after order launched. HYDTECH also have inside electric furnace for welding processing and tempering heat treatment, which could make best assurances for welding quality control. We also could fulfil special design requirements of large-heavy cylinder sealings parts via machining from raw materials accordingly.
